1. The app is free before download

You can use all of perukirja.io for free: all video guides, the AI assistant, forms, document checklist, and a preview of your finished deed. The €99 payment is required only when you are ready to download the finished perukirja (PDF, Word, Markdown, or printable version).

As a result, there is effectively no commitment — you can complete the entire process and review your draft before deciding to pay.

2. 90-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the downloaded deed or the service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 90 days of the payment date. The refund is returned to the original payment method and you do not need to provide a reason. The guarantee applies to each payment separately, including renewal payments, for 90 days from that payment.

3. EU 14-day right of withdrawal

You also have the EU statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. This right applies in addition to the satisfaction guarantee, not instead of it. You can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an unambiguous statement to tuki@perukirja.io within 14 days of payment. In practice, our 90-day guarantee covers the same and more.

4. How to request a refund

• Email tuki@perukirja.io within 90 days of payment.
• Include the order reference or the deceased's name so we can locate your payment.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

5. What the guarantee covers

The guarantee covers the full amount you paid (€99) with no deductions. Activating download access does not affect the refund — you can use the service after payment and still request a refund if you are not satisfied.

6. Payment service provider
