2. 90-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the downloaded deed or the service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 90 days of the payment date. The refund is returned to the original payment method and you do not need to provide a reason.

3. EU 14-day right of withdrawal

4. How to request a refund

• Email tuki@perukirja.io within 90 days of payment.
• Include the order reference or the deceased's name so we can locate your payment.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

5. What the guarantee covers

The guarantee covers the full amount you paid (€99) with no deductions. Activating download access does not affect the refund — you can use the service after payment and still request a refund if you are not satisfied.
